Within the scope of the Bologna Process, our university uses a system that ensures transparency, international recognition, and comparability of educational and teaching activities. It provides information about educational programs, course content, learning outcomes, and academic operations in line with the standards set by the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
The main purpose of this system is to facilitate compliance with the principles of the Bologna Process for students and academic staff and to enhance the quality of education and services at our university. The Bologna Information Management System (BBYS) also supports transparency, comparability, recognition, and student-centered approaches.
Alumni Card Application System
The Alumni Card Application System has been developed for KTO Karatay University graduates to facilitate 24/7 access to the campus, benefit from social facilities such as the library, and enjoy institutional discounts.

KTO Karatay University uses an e-internship system to more effectively manage the mandatory or voluntary internship processes of students in a digital environment. This system allows students to track all processes, from internship applications to reporting, through an online platform and enables the university to monitor these processes.
